Throughout our campaign Luke & Ashley both provided us with clear effective communication, particularly after each inspection. Luke had a great awareness of the market in our area. He provided us with guidance and support throughout the process of preparing our home for sale. On an extremely challenging day with removalists, styling & photography booked in (exasperated greatly by communication challenges with Optus shutdown), Luke organised a team of 4 at short notice to come and assist us, they rolled up there sleeves for a considerable amount time enabling styling & photography to proceed same day and was greatly appreciated by us. Always engaging with warmth and a smile even through pouring rain on the day of our Auction.

Appreciate the big efforts from Luke and his team for getting my property sale across the line in a questionable market. Despite having a fixed fee arrangement for my sale Luke went out of his way to get me a better price from a different buyer despite having an option for a cheaper easier sale. In hindsight I would’ve gone straight to private rather than auction as that didn’t pan out quite as we hoped and did end up costing extra but you never really know how an auction will go. Thanks Luke, I won’t hesitate to recommend you in future and for any future property needs for me and my family.
