We first contacted Luke after a friend recommended him. We’d just had a bad experience with a builder and after terminating our building contract were considering putting our land on the market. Luke discussed with us what he believed would be the best way to sell our land and how much we could expect to get for the property if we chose to sell. Luke listened and worked with us throughout this process as we looked at all our options and didn’t once try to push us into anything, leaving everything on our timeline for when we were ready to make a decision. Once we decided to move ahead with placing the land on the market, All photography/advertising was completed quickly. The add was live within the week. We were delighted to hear that Luke had acquired multiple offers within the first week, one of which we accepted. Luke helped turn what had been a very stressful situation into a light at the end of the tunnel and we couldn’t recommend him enough.
