Very flexible and reliable service. The Trolio team were supportive, understanding and patient at every step of the process. Mel was exceptionally polite, helpful and pleasure to work with. Luke is a natural at his job, always offering to help and find out/ provide more information. Both Mel and Luke very flexible with appointments and understanding of delays/ hurdles in the purchasing process. Some small points for constructive feedback. - A little more knowledge of the property would've been helpful (e.g. details like size of air conditioning, lack of RCD) - Although the team was very helpful and prompt in fixing issues highlighted in building inspection report I feel it would help imbue more trust in the agent if they informed the buyer of these issues prior to offer and told them they were having them fixed (as structural issues have to be fixed at some stage anyway - I presume anyone buying a 700k + home is going to get a building inspection done regardless). Overall a very good experience and I would highly recommend the team to anyone!
