I’m so glad I chose Luna and Jamie to sell my property. I first entrusted my property to Luna and Jamie back in March. My initial plan was to rent it out first and sell it later, but they gave me very honest and professional advice and recommended putting it on the market for sale straight away based on the current market conditions. Looking back, they were absolutely right. The selling process wasn’t always easy. We received quite a few offers in the beginning, but none of them reached the price I was hoping for, so I decided not to accept them. Then, for a period of time, things became very quiet, and I honestly started to worry. But Luna and Jamie never gave up. They continued to actively look for potential buyers and consistently held weekly inspections. Whenever there was a buyer who showed genuine interest, they always kept me updated and gave me their honest advice. They were also incredibly responsive. Whenever I messaged them, they always got back to me promptly, which gave me a lot of reassurance throughout the process. They also went above and beyond when it came to preparing the property for sale. They helped me find reliable companies for cleaning and repairs, and the prices were very reasonable. It made the whole process so much easier for me, especially as I wasn’t always able to be there in person. I’m genuinely grateful that I met Luna and Jamie and chose them to represent my property. Their persistence, communication, professionalism and genuine care made such a difference throughout what could have been a very stressful process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luna and Jamie to anyone looking to sell or rent their property.
