We were really impressed during the sale process mostly because of how Lush always kept us informed of what was happening and he was available to answer questions by email, text or calls at any time. Despite the fact that he would have to be managing a large number of clients at the same time, we felt like he always made time to communicate and make the worrying sales process easier for us. We did not get the result we wanted at auction, however Lush worked tirelessly after the auction date within the constraints of a rapidly cooling off market to find us a buyer agreeing to a price we were happy with. Our story had a happy ending despite some bumps in the road and this was all due to the effort that Lush put in to ensure the end result we were so duly counting on. Thank you Lush!
