Despite the fact that he would have to be managing a large number of clients at the same time, we felt like he always made time to communicate and make the worrying sales process easier for us. We did not get the result we wanted at auction, however Lush worked tirelessly after the auction date within the constraints of a rapidly cooling off market to find us a buyer agreeing to a price we were happy with.
