Not only is Lush extremely professional in his dealings with clients, he also has a very kind, generous, trustworthy and engaging personality which has helped my transition in selling my property.

We set Lush a very difficult task, which he not only met but exceeded all of our expectations on. He had 2.5 weeks to market and sell the house AND get top dollar for it. In that timeframe, he managed to get over 60 individual groups through the property, handed out over 30 contracts to interested buyers, resulting in a packed backyard on auction day with (I think) 9 registered bidders.
