Some years ago we used Lush Pillay to purchase a home and he was outstanding. Therefore it seemed an obvious choice to use him again with the selling of the same property. However before choosing a real estate agent, we researched to see who would be the best choice into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Lush Pillay and the LJ Hooker team stood out as the best Padstow had to offer. We spoke with Lush and then met with him at our home. He spent considerable time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing an array of other statistical info on the area. Lush made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps I think many other Realtors don't (but should). When we saw our online listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and attracted a huge amount of online and open house interest. Our Villa went to auction four weeks after we put it on the market and it sold for 12% over the reserve. We couldn't have had a more pleasant experience and result. We realise it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. I've recommended the Lush Pillay led LJ Hooker Team at Padstow to almost everyone I know. Lush is a true professional and a nice bloke too! 10/10

I was happy I chose LJH in Padstow to sell my property. The sale went smoothly and we were happy with the end result which was negotiated very professionally and with integrity, particularly having Lush Pillay as our agent and overseeing everything we couldn't have asked for more. The commission price was also very reasonable compared to other agents in the area but at the end of the day we were looking for quality and this is what we received.
