Our unique position is that we bought from Lush and we got him to sell our property at a later stage. As far as the basics are concerned all is good. He does his home work, knows his role, and is active. Now the bit that sets him apart is that, he genuinely helps. Even at times when we did not have a property to sell, we went to him for advise and he was generous with his time, and what he said was on the mark, in sync with reality. Then we asked for a very high target, and he pulled a rabbit out of the hat. Great. So we asked him to do it again, and its like there is a rabbit farm in the hat.
