My partner and I recently purchased an apartment in Docklands from Lyle Dean at Barry Plant. We were most impressed with Lyle from the first meeting to discuss our requirements over a cup of coffee. Lyle had clearly listened to our needs. 2 weeks later Lyle managed to arrange an inspection on a property that was currently tenanted and showed us through. We loved it immediately and it ticked all the requirements we had mentioned to lyle. At this point lyle had been the only agent that had remained in contact with us and seemed genuinley interested in helping us in our search. We were aware the vendor lived overseas so anticipated the negotiations would be slow but that wasnt the case. Lyle kept us informed at all times and kept negotiations moving until evntually we all agreed on a price, even though we ended up paying more than we were originally going to. Lyle will just have to shout me a beer at settlement. Having bought and sold a few times we found Lyle to be a wonderful agent who we felt comfortable with from day one. He listened to our needs, found us the right property and then negotiated with us to get the best price for his vendor and still managed to keep us happy.
