Lyn was amazing to work with especially after the listing agent of the property we purchased left the agency. Before employing Lyn Beckwith and Gayle Barrot from Barry Plant we looked at our options with 2 alternative agents. Lyn & Gayle's marketing plan and projected sale value were the most realistic and convinced us that they would be our best choice of Agents. Photographs were taken Wednesday evening, approved Thursday afternoon and loaded onto the internet Thursday evening with our 1st OFI booked for Saturday afternoon. We did think this a little soon however misjudged the power of the internet. Not only did we have 16 groups through on the Saturday, but they arranged 2 viewings on the Sunday and then 4 on the Monday. Then an offer was presented Monday evening. We never expected such follow up service or for them to work on a Sunday. Every visitors feedback was recorded and we had a sale within 4 days. They were like dogs with a bone - did not let up on the campaign. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you. No more keeping the house clean. These 2 ladies know their stuff, are professional and were a pleasure to deal with.
