We purchased our first home in Cockatoo from Lyn. After dealing with another agent from First National Ranges, who was quite rude and arrogant, Lyn showed a lot of class, honesty and respect to us as buyers. We had no idea what we were doing and she guided us through the process and made sure we understood the contract and were comfortable. She was very direct when it came to negotiation which made it easy to come to a mutual agreement with the vendor. Even after the transaction was done you would think most agents would forget about you once the sale was unconditional, but Lyn went that step further to call me and make sure all was good leading up to settlement. It's a shame there aren't more agents like Lyn, would definitely recommend her services.
