Lyn was excellent to deal with and facilitated a very quick sale for us at a great price. We are not local, so Lyn took control of all issues that arose locally and was very hands on in her approach. Communication was good and Lyn always made herself available including at weekends, so she went above and beyond in securing a smooth sale process as possible. We would highly recommend Lyn as a quality agent who set realistic expectations but was happy to work with us in meeting our requirements.

Lyn was perfect for me. We clicked within minutes of speaking to each other. I wanted an honest , skilled and experienced person with heart, who could sell my house as quickly as possible. Lyn turned out to be that and more. Houses in Hepburn were selling within a one year period, but my house was sold within 6 weeks. This was of course due to many factors, one being myself believing that my house would sell quickly and the rest due to Lyn herself. Lyn always told me the truth and how it really was, not what I wanted to hear. Lyn was always reachable for any reason I had, even to just chat about my worries and fears.
