Kim was honest and upfront in all communications. She touched base with us after all opens with updates giving no nonsense feedback. When potential buyers were identified her negotiation skills were excellent getting us the best possible deal in a tough market. We couldn’t recommend Kim and her entire team more highly.

Kim McQueen and her team have been supportive and lovely to deal with throughout. Although we disagreed on the asking price, she supported our wishes and managed to find the perfect buyer. Once the purchasers were showing interest, Kim worked tirelessly to get the sale to the finish line.
