We determined last year we had to act on the difficulty with our stairs. Lynette analysed the situation and recommende an auction and possible reserve. We asked to see her again in Jan/Feb and when she returned gave us an indication on price and market forces. We code to use ONLY. Her and to follow her advice exactly but not uncritically. She was an excellent judge and an outstanding communicator. If she said she would do something she did and the results were outstanding. our hopes were achieved and we were delighted in all regards.
