We found purple bricks to be an easy way to sell. We had our own consultant Lynette Smith who looked after us very well. The process was not only easy but very transparent for us and the buyers. Buyers put on offers and we could choose to accept or decline or have our consultant negotiate for us like any other realestate , which Lynette did well for us. All this for around a 1/3 of the price of others, we were very happy.
