Negotiate your price do not trust this agent to have any repair works fixed by one of her dodgy tradespeople, who were paid in cash and therefore comes with NO WARRANTY! I have flooring that is less than unsatisfactory and both Lynn or contractor failed to fix it. Department of Fair Trading are useless and did nothing to protect the buyer, Also, the property wasn't ready on day of settlement- actually the flooring was getting ripped up. So I was put out and unable to move, this happened several times. Rubbish was left in the storage cage, I had to involve the building manager to have her remove it. Was shown the wrong car apace as well, when purchasing the unit.
