I originally purchased the townhouse in 2018 when Maggie was the agent and she was excellent to work with, so when I wanted to sell 2 years later I worked with Maggie again because I knew how knowledgeable she already was about the market and in particular the townhouses where I owned. We had our initial meeting where Maggie came around and we went over her services and fees etc and she also looked around our home and gave is some points on how to style & present our home to give us the best possibility to get buyers in and sell. I was so nervous but Maggie put my mind at ease during the whole process. Maggie wrote a fabulous ad to go with our online listing and attracted the right buyers because we sold in 6 days of going on the market with 1 open house. We were very happy, as nervous as I was, Maggie made the whole process so easy. I would definitely recommend Maggie to anyone looking at buying or selling.
