Mal was always ready to take a call and answer questions, and there were many. This deal was carried out via a third party, and at distance with intermittent phone and Internet, so it was not the easiest one, but Mal helped the process go smoothly. I felt he dealt very fairly with all parties. Purchasers always feel they would have liked a lower price and sellers always feel they would have liked a higher price! Mal was a good man in the middle!
