I cannot recommend Mal highly enough. Mal and his team, kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I lived over 1000km's away from my property, so I thought this would be an issue when trying to sell. Mal and his team went above and beyond to help me out, literally above and beyond. They did things for me, which was in no way part of their job description. So extremely helpful, thoughtful, down to earth, knowledgeable, and the communication couldn't of been any better. Mal's upfront and straight forward approach lets you know exactly what you are getting and how best to sell your property. Don't expect flowery speeches and the old 'free coffee trick' to schmooz you into signing with Mal because A. you don't need it and B. you won't get it. Mal tells you upfront how the sale is going to go down and guess what? He get's the Job done!! I'd highly recommend Mal to anyone thinking of selling their property and will certainly be back in touch for my next sale. It was refreshing to have had Mal as my agent. I found him to be honest, reliable and diligent in his job. I had an agent prior to Mal for three months and found him to be lacking in people skills as well as the skills to advertise and sell my house.
