He went to great lengths to make me aware of all that was happening throughout the campaign, keeping me up to date and informed. He displayed a friendly and easy going rappore with me not only me the vendor but also prospective purchasers, which I believe helps to relax all involved in what can be a nervewracking process. Mal was diligent and timely throughout the campaign seeking answers from me that prospective buyers had in relation to my property. All queries were in writing which was helpful to me in addressing questions and providing answers. Mal provided advice on "dressing" the property and offered suggestions as to potential improvements that could be made. I had no need to seek out any number of real estate agents on the Mornington Peninsula as Mal came highly recommended and on that basis I gave him my business.
