Mal was the first agent I contacted in regards to selling our mothers home. We contacted other agents but came back to Mal as he showed he had exceptional knowledge of the area and was very up to date on property values. He showed enthusiasm and came across as professional and gave us great advice as to how to present the home for the best results. We would highly recommend Mal to anyone seeking an agent in the future whether it be a vendor or purchaser. He was spot on with selling our mother’s home achieving above the expected price.

With a very unique property to market, Mal was extremely thorough in his research and recommendations. Residing in Melbourne however selling a property on the peninsula, I was extremely nervous. Mal made the process run extremely smoothly with me being able to carry on with life in Melb. He went over and beyond assisting with local maintenance trades. He kept me informed right throughout the campaign with the end result far exceeding our expectations. Service continued well after the sale. Extremely happy with Belle and Mal. I wouldn’t use any other agent.

Mal provided exceptional service for the sale of our coastal property. Great local market knowledge and friendly and professional to work with

Mal is a wise head driven by work ethic and honesty to give a property its best chance through a sales campaign. His experience and acumen to sell is second to none on the Peninsula. I highly recommend Mal as the key Leader to deliver the right result.

I am happy to provide a positive review of my experience with Mal McInnes of Belle Property. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and expert at his job. We were very happy with the result achieved by Mal and recommend him confidently.

It was a pleasure dealing with Mal, he was very professional in his work and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Mal was wonderful from the minute I spoke to him. He assisted with our tenant to vacate and helped us prepare the property for sale. All the contacts he recommended were excellent and reasonable in price. He achieved a price well above what we expected Definitely worth it. Thanks Mal

Pleasant straight forward and helpful No nonsense

Bought property in Peninsula sight unseen during lockdown. Mal was very helpful and went out of way to make inspection possible after contract already signed. Just a nice guy and easy to deal with. We probably overpaid at peak but the whole experience was seamless with Mal so no regrets.

Mal achieved an outstanding result for us on the sale of our property. We firmly believe that without Mal's intimate knowledge of the local area, committment to achieving a successful outcome for all and his willingness to see our property as not just another house to sell, but a much loved and unique home, the result would have been very different. We searched long and hard for the right agent to sell our beloved home and we couldn't be happier that we settled on Belle Property and Mal.
