Mal McInnes is a very helpful person and keeps you updated during the sale process. I had full confidence in him from the start. He provided a lot of suggestions on how show our property to its full potential.

Very good experience with Mal overall, however the process from when the purchaser made the initial offer was not a smooth process. We have sold 9 houses previously and never had any issues such as occurred this time. Perhaps it was an overzealous conveyancer representing the purchaser, but the process was drawn out and problematic. Ultimately the contract became unconditional, and we are very happy that at last we have sold.
