We have previously completed a review regarding the sale of 1 Myra Crt.Rye and we were very happy with Mal and Belle Property thank you

Mal was great to work with, he wasnt over selling the properties he represented, but allowed us to make our own assessment of suitability. When it came time to buy, his advice around the purchase led us to successfully acquiring the property.

We have a good experience thanks

Mal was selling the house I bought. He always made himself available to show me the house on several occasions, and he was always quick to respond to queries. If I ever sell them he will be the agent I contact first.

Mal has sold two houses for us in Blairgowrie now and on both occasions we have found Mal to be first class in his overall service and knowledge of the market in the area.

Mal and the team at Belle Property Blairgowrie where a real pleasure to deal with. Their advice was considered and thoughtful and they provided us with great support to prepare the house for sale and then guided us through the process in a professional manner. I always felt that Mal had our best interests in mind and that we achieved a result that everyone was happy with.

We had a very straightforward, stressless experience buying a property Mal had listed. He was accomodating with appointments, responsive to questions and was clear in communication and negotiation.

Mal has supported us in both the purchase sales processes in the Rye district. He has a strong knowledge of the market at any time and is open with his information sharing.

Mal was professional, knowledgeable and honest when helping us selling our house. In what is a stressful time to be selling property, we felt confident Mal would deliver a sale in the price range which was achieved in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend Mal again for his services.
