Selling our property with Mandy and Belle real estate was a positive experience overall. Mandy communicated with us and sought our input throughout the process. The market research we had done was consistent with the advice Mandy gave us and we felt she gave us honest and realistic information. Mandy informed us of each stage of the process in advance which was helpful as first time property sellers. Our only frustration was that the advice regarding the commission options presented at the initial consult versus when we went to sign the contract were different. So recommend if you're selling a smaller property to ensure this is very clear. Overall a good experience and we would recommend Mandy and Belle to others.
