But we were very happy with the outcome i.e. having the successful bid, and in the context of the current market, believe that we paid a fair and reasonable price for the property and within the price range quoted by Mandy. I would not hesitate to recommend Mandy as a very good and helpful estate agent and would expect nothing less from the Sandringham agency of Hocking Stuart which we hold in high regard, having purchased property & had a positive experience with them previously.
