Michael came over to Western Australia in 2007 to study Business and Winemaking at Curtin University. While there, Michael met Mandy, who was at the time studying abroad from China, completing a degree in Accounting. Michael and Mandy showed early signs of entrepreneurship and efficient team work, starting several online retail stores, which is still operating successfully today.
In late 2010, Michael saw an opportunity for a new business in Perth, and went ahead and started a new company. With a
carefully planed strategy, Michael was awarded the Local Chambers ‘Best Home Based Business’ after only 8 months in
operation.
Through building and growing his business, Michael serviced many real estate agents, who all saw the vast potential in him, and encouraged him to pursue a career in real estate, and upon entering the industry, fell in love with what he was doing.
Seeing the huge advantages of working as a team, and the ability to speak Mandarin, Mandy joined the industry to work side by side with Michael.
Michael and Mandy find assisting people with one of the biggest decisions of buying and selling real estate, to be very
satisfying to be a part of that process. Michael and Mandy are based in Minic Property Group, and are experts in the South of the River suburbs. Coupled with Minic’s very unique and impressive brand in the market place. Michael and Mandy
provide strategic planning and research, portfolio analysis and dynamic first class marketing strategies, among many other
advisory services.
