Manfred is very professional and friendly. The communication is smooth and fast. He has some very nice properties that other agents don't have, which could mean he has a good reputation in the field. Manfred also introduced a very nice conveyancer to us. We had a pleasant experience buying this house.
Bought and sold 2 houses with Manfred. Will continue to come back for a honest and professional agent ..
Very happy with the outcome. Got the price we were after and negotiations and settlement went smoothly.
From the beginning, Manfred provided us with exceptional knowledge and advice, a true testament to his vast experience and professional integrity. Would not hesitate to highly recommend his services to others.
Good agent, very professional, easy to communicate and provided great help with my purchasing.
I found Manfred to be very pleasant and switched on towards the selling of both my properties. Manfred goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from a real estate agent. Manfred personally came to me if I could not make appointments, this in itself spoke volumes about this man. Was truly a pleasure. Again thank you Manfred .
After receiving 3 appraisals of the approximate value of my house at Roselands, my friend suggested I try Richardson & Wrench, the agency through which she sold her house a few years ago. That I did, and up turns Manfred, all the way from Ingleburn. Me thinks this might not work out, considering the distance between Ingleburn and Roselands. I was wrong! Right from the outset, Manfred put my mind at rest. He explained the procedure of the sale of my house in terms so easily to understand. The first viewing was on a Saturday and the house was sold within 2 days pre auction at a price above what I was going to place as a reserve. Manfred conducted himself with me and the buyer in a very professional and friendly manner. Thanks “mate”.
Great pre sale advice and guidance on getting the house prepared for sale, excellent feedback on the state of negotiation and a buyer was found within a week. Highly Recommended.
Manfred is very different to other agents I met before, he's straight, efficient and friendly. He's doing best to protect the interest of not only the seller but also purchaser. Communication is simple and clean. He did all he promised. He's a trustworthy professional in this industry.
It was nice to deal with Manfred Harle even though there was a discrepancies about property size. I was expecting some kind of remedy but unfortunately there wasn't anything offer for me. Otherwise this everything was smooth.
Manfred's overall handling of the sale of my property was without question 2nd to none. His knowledge, communication and professionalism was of the highest regard.
Manfred Harle
