there is a lot of agent in the market who are hit and miss. they dont know what they are talking about. they will promise the vendor whole universe but deliver close to nothing. but agent like "MANFRED" who are spot on. who knows the market.who can pick and read the serious buyer and work on it. very straight forward. man of word. a little bit arogant because he knows what he is doing. i dont know what else to say.
