I was looking for a property with development potential since early this year. I came across my sale agent and there was a lot of lies and exaggeration under the umbrella of STCA. Then i meet Manyel on one inspection and with in an hour i signed the contract for that property. Manyel was extremely helpful for that purchase and he went out of the way to help me in settling for that property. He persuaded the owner for 5% deposit with 42-84 days settling time to allow me to prepare for settlement. No lies, straight forward, professional and obviously extra ordinary selling skills.
