We signed up that night and from that day onwards to the day of the auction he and his team were communicative, pro active and incredibly professional. The photo shoot was like a military operation and the results were spectacular. The viewings all went off without a hitch and they were managed incredibly smoothly, after every viewing session we received a feedback phone call or face to face from Marc. The week before the auction Marc sat us down and walked through the minutiae of the day from the early viewings to what happens at the end of the auction, and the possible outcomes and where we go from there if it doesn't sell. Even our little rescue dog looked forward to Marcs visits as evidenced by his suit being covered by dog hair after every visit.Auction day we had so many bidders that even the auctioneer was surprised by the interest generated by Marcs campaign, and thats where it all matters in the end. There really wasn't any part of the experience that wasn't done exceptionally well and we even had some fun doing it. And yes we followed every single instruction to the letter and it obviously worked as we received one of the highest prices for our unit in the whole block.
