Marc Gable is an outstanding Real Estate Agent that has gone over and above and provided the level of service to sell my investment property over the last 6 weeks. This is the third time we have sold a property and this experience absolutely stands above the rest. I have not met an agent that has as much passion as Marc. Throughout the whole campaign, Marc was clear with how everything was going to run. His high volume of contact took the stress away of selling our property. What impressed me the most was at auction our property pulled up at $700,000 and we were ready to accept the offer. Marc came into the room and asked us to pass the property in, which we were a little sceptical on doing as we were happy to offload the property at that price. After chatting with Marc for 5 minutes we decided to pass the property in. Two weeks later, Marc came to our house with a signed contract for $730,000.
