This is the third time we have sold a property and this experience absolutely stands above the rest. I have not met an agent that has as much passion as Marc. Throughout the whole campaign, Marc was clear with how everything was going to run. His high volume of contact took the stress away of selling our property. From the moment that Marc walked into our apartment we were impressed. We prefer a straight up front, no nonsense approach and Marc was that with style and knowledge of the market in bucket loads. Marc took the time to explain every step of the process, the costs, the work involved and the expected result. We signed up that night and from that day onwards to the day of the auction he and his team were communicative, pro active and incredibly professional. The photo shoot was like a military operation and the results were spectacular. The viewings all went off without a hitch and they were managed incredibly smoothly, after every viewing session we received a feedback phone call or face to face from Marc. The week before the auction Marc sat us down and walked through the minutiae of the day from the early viewings to what happens at the end of the auction, and the possible outcomes and where we go from there if it doesn't sell.
