We decided to go with Marc Jacob of Hall and Hall to auction our home. He had local knowledge of the area and gave us valuable advice on what areas to approve the appearance of our sale of the house for inspection. He also had other business contacts to recommend to us for conveyancing, building inspections etc... Always one step ahead of us, answering any query we might have even before asking. Any news of prospective buyers or interested parties we were contacted immediately. Marc has a friendly manner which made us very comfortable and at ease with the whole process. We sold at Auction for a great price and Marc is still currently guiding us with the process until we have moved into our new home.
