Marc with his wife, Sam, sold our house. I decided to meet Marc after going through some of his advertised properties at the realestate.com.au. Before Marc, I have met another estate agent as was almost certain to seek his services. However, meeting Marc was a pleasant experience from any angle. He was courteous and well presented and took time to explain things very clearly to myself and my wife. I was confused and uncertain about continue to hold my Glenorchy home so he allowed reasonable time for me to make a call and did not rush me one way or another. He is knowledgeable but more importantly, (and I value this most) he is ethical and fair to everyone including the prospective buyer. I like this because my own buying experience was not very nice and therefore, I liked the way he dealt with any prospective buyer. I found him dependable because he managed things in my absence (I moved overseas during the sale process) and did not push me one way or other. I have seen many properties decreasing their asking price due to an expected slow down in the market but Marc was certain that our asking price represents a fair value and at the end, we reached our target. If you are after a cheap, cunning salesman, Marc is not your guy. If you are after value for money, a pleasant experience, and a professional you can depend on then Marc is the one you should hire. I simpy could not recommend him enough!
