Couldnt get a better agent

The idea of selling our home was at first daunting to us but after our initial meeting with Marc we were at ease. His level of knowledge of the area was reassuring, he knew exactly what we wanted to achieve and delivered well above our expectations. Marc’s enthusiasm, passion and determination is to be admired. Marc and Sam made the process of selling our unit trouble free. They were very pleasing to deal with and they kept all our family on the Mainland well informed of progress. We were kept very well informed and advised. We contacted Marc and Sam as our daughter recommended them.

Both Marc and Sam provided great communications throughout the negotiations and sale. There were a couple of small errors with the information provided with the contract of sale that wasted some time and could have been avoided with appropriate validation checks being conducted. Other then that, an overall seamless and pleasant interaction resulting in a satisfactory outcome for all.
