When we met Marc the only promise he made is that he would work harder than anyone to get a result for us - and he was true to his word. In a difficult market, nothing gets results like persistence and energy and this is what Marc has. Our property passed in at Auction (which is pretty standard in this market) and Marc kept bringing buyers through at all hours until a deal was done. He was honest with us and I believe the reason a deal was concluded is because the Buyers felt they were dealing with an honest agent also. He knows the market down to the dollar and, as prices in the area fell we felt that Marc was advising and informing us, rather than 'conditioning' us.
