The sales process was relatively straight forward - and Marc did a great job. But post sales things proved a little tricky. Despite the difficulty, Marc and his team stayed in contact and worked hard with the purchaser's agent, my conveyancer and me to have all parties adhere to their part in the contact.

Marc, Fadhil and the team worked tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for us. We had a short time to sell and they delivered. Their frequent updates twice a week and after each open for inspection allowed me to keep track of the interest. What was the most outstanding was his negotiation skills on the day. This is absolutely something you need. He was effective at managing both our expectations and the successful bidder. An agent is worth their weight in commission if they can effectively negotiate on the day or shortly after. Not everyone has this skill. Marc certainly has this and delivered on the sale.
