My experience with Marc was positive right from the start of our first meeting all the way to auction day. My brother and i knew we were getting the best in the business as research showed he is named Mr Mulgrave for a reason. With all our meetings Marc kept us updated and informed with all that was happening through out the campaign. The 2nd week of our campaign marc informed us of of section 32 stating that we can not advertise as a knock down build 2 townhouse on as there were sewerage alone the right side of the property. So with Marc's advice in consideration we changed our campaign to renovaters and investors etc rather than developers. Fantastic tatical change that resulted us selling the house 36k over our reserve price.
