Having used Marcel for the sale of a home previously, we did not hesitate to contact him to assist us with the sale of my late father's home. Being the home of a permanent resident of a caravan park presented challenges Marcel had not faced previously- nonetheless he navigated his way through the sale process with educated confidence securing an above market average price for the home. The caravan park manager remarked on our real estate agent highlighting Marcels' transparency, communication skills and professionalism. Given the circumstances, Marcel was compassionate, sensitive to our needs and patient.

When I decided to downsize from my home of nearly 30 years, it was always going to be a challenge. From the first moment speaking to Marcel to request a viewing of the property being sold at the Discovery Park in Coogee, WA, to final settlement many weeks later, Marcel showed he is well informed and very easy to communicate with. His excellent professionalism carried me through the very unusual rules pertaining to purchasing a cabin/cottage. Although the paperwork was supplied by the Park management, an additional police clearance was needed to allow me to actually live in my cottage. It got lost in the Police system, time lapsed, an extension for settlement was requested by Marcel, which was granted by the buyers. Finally, the Certificate was 'found', with apologies from the police administration. Marcel liaised once more with everyone and the Park management. Unfortunately, there was silence from the Park management about their Eastern states meeting times, permission and clearances. Marcel's professional attitude, ease of communication with me, the other agent and our settlement agent meant everyone here liaised successfully. He was patient and knowledgable in answering my questions and requests for an extra viewing because of the long time lapses. He made sure the Park management was kept up to date with settlement. Finally, Marcel was with me and my family when, shortly after settlement last friday, we got the phone call giving me permission to move in to my new home.
