Marcel hit the ground running with both great market knowledge and a genuine interest in my own personal story and the of the property. Combined with a close attention to detail, great network, and a strong work ethic, Marcel made a daunting, complicated process feel very straightforward and comfortable. An excellent agent and an absolute gentleman - I would recommend Marcel without hesitation to anyone needing a competent, trustworthy real estate agent.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Marcel for his outstanding service in helping us buy the house. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the local market, his negotiation skills, and his attention to detail. He understood our situation and managed the other parties accordingly. He was always available to answer our questions and he made the entire process very smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend Marcel to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Marcel was the selling agent and made the process seemless, holding consistently to the highest level of integrity. His care for ensuring both parties were listened to and needs met was amazing!

Marcel couldn’t have made selling any easier with great results. Nothing I can fault!

We are new to the investment journey. The knowledge and his availability to help us really made a difference. Thanks for all your support.

Marcel was so easy to deal with. He really went into bat for us so we got the house wanted. He is friendly and a great communicator and an all round good guy. I would highly recommend Marcel to anyone.

We chose Marcel to sell our property in Hilton not only because he is a local with great knowledge of the market in the area, but because he really cares about his clients. Marcel was both professional and friendly, and having him handle our sale was a great comfort in a difficult time. We couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Marcel was a pleasure to deal with from the first phone conversation enquiring about a block of land in his portfolio, Marcel immediately made himself available at our convenience and talked us through the process. We are now the proud owners of our first investment property and thank Marcel for his contribution to this. We wish Marcel all the very best.

Marcel has been absolutely amazing throughout the buying process from negotiation to settlement. He rolled up his sleeves and fixed up all defects himself, ensuring settlement was completed on time, which impressed me. I appreciate his support and recommend him to anyone who needs help buying or selling.

Marcel has been helping me for a while to sell my apartment, it took some time (not his fault) more the market and over supply of apartments in the area but he kept at it and we got there in the end. I don't live in Australia anymore so it's been hard to sort all this via email but Marcel took care of everything and went above and beyond to clear the apartment and get it sold.

Purchasing my new home was a stress-free process - predominantly due to Marcel who is a great listener and communicator - always responding to texts, emails & calls promptly. Open to negotiation and assisting when plans don't always fall into place e.g., extending house inspection date due to long weekend. Marcel is instructive regarding the process and next steps of buying/selling so there is no uncertainty on what needs to be done and when, to reach the end goal. He knows the area and could give some great restaurant tips. Most of all he is polite, friendly approachable and always smiling!

Marcel was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable, great communication and professional
