To say anything than amazing would be an understatement when it comes to dealing with Rich & Oliva and especially Marco.Long story short my best friend of 30 years was re diagnosed with breast cancer after being clear of this insidious Disease for ten years during that 10 year period she lost her mother, father & younger brother leaving her alone with no family. The first thing Marco did on meeting her was to give condolences re her family and show a level of compassion not often seen these days.After a very informative and researched discussion Marco gave us a ball park figure that we could expect from auction and he went to work on obtaining that for us. The auction was set for 7/12 but within a few days he had expressions of interest and the property was sold prior to auction for 35k more than we had hoped to get. I interviewed a number of Real Estate agents, visited a number open homes and auctions and after meeting with Marco Errichiello I felt quite comfortable with selecting the team at Rich & Oliva, The marketing and the campaign was over and above what I expected.
