First Experience at auction was nerve wrecking, but the team at Rich and Oliva were very professional, the way they communicated clearly from the beginning and their calmness through the process. The team did have a role in preparing the property, our family home was cluttered and they organized a stylist, a gardener and a cleaner. The house was open for inspection when COVID-19 restrictions took place and Marco had a plan in place which he communicated with us immediately and thereafter we had private inspections.
