Marcus stepped in to give us a private viewing when the principal agent was unwell. Our time was limited as we live 4 hours away, but Marcus accommodated our requests each time. He equipped himself with as much knowledge as he could about the property under the circumstances. He made himself available over the weekend to answer all our questions & concerns & promptly got back to us each time. Although getting a little pressure from the vendors and probably principals, he made sure we felt comfortable with our decisions and not pushed.
