We found Marcus to be hard-working, honest, diligent with a no nonsense approach to selling our home. He estimated a price and managed to bring the sale in pretty much on target. His eye for detail is amazing and will arrange for any details to be ironed out and attended to by his team of tradespeople at a very fast rate. We did a lot of research prior to putting our house on the market regarding suitable agents. Marcus and Hodges Geelong have a proven track record in our area, achieving most of the top prices for sales both private and at auction. Although we were hesitant to sell our home at auction, Marcus clearly explained the advantages for our property and circumstances and it was a strategy that ultimately delivered a great price on auction day. If we were ever selling in the region again, Marcus would be our preferred agent.

From our initial meeting with Marcus to the end outcome on Auction day, we were very comfortable and satisfied with the entire communication process.
