Marcus Freebody

Marcus was born in London where he met his wife and was trained in Hospitality, an industry that has enabled him to travel the world, taking him around the world and around Australia.  Since arriving in Australia in 1997, Marcus has worked his way around the mainland with stints in Sydney, Melbourne, Fremantle and Cairns, before discovering in 2002 that Tasmania is the best place in Australia to permanently put down roots.  Marcus’ experiences have given him an excellent insight into human nature and an understanding of how to best deal with and assist different people in different and sometimes difficult situations to achieve their optimum outcome, which is an invaluable asset in our problem solving, results-driven industry.  Since starting in real estate in 2003, Marcus has completed numerous development and training courses, giving him a broad understanding of the sale process and the Real Estate Industry in general. Now with one little girl born in 2009 & now a second daughter little girl born in 2013, Marcus understands the importance of juggling work & family life & how best to aide people in their real estate needs.  After years of working with people, Marcus believes that the most important aspect of this business is ‘clear and honest communication with his clients’.
