When I came to selling my house in Seacombe Gardens, I sourced valuations from 5 different agents. Whilst the valuation from Marcus wasn't the highest I could tell he was the most honest agent, and told me he would work as hard as he could to get me the best possible outcome. Marcus is very professional and effective. Marcus was professional and a good communicator. As we were the purchasers I cannot gauge how good an agent he really is, as I believe you can only do that fully if you are the vendor. Having said that he has been very approachable and answered our queries promptly. He is a very nice person to deal with.
