When I came to selling my house in Seacombe Gardens, I sourced valuations from 5 different agents. Whilst the valuation from Marcus wasn't the highest I could tell he was the most honest agent, and told me he would work as hard as he could to get me the best possible outcome. Marcus was professional and a good communicator. As we were the purchasers I cannot gauge how good an agent he really is, as I believe you can only do that fully if you are the vendor. Having said that he has been very approachable and answered our queries promptly. He is a very nice person to deal with.

I saw the ad for the property and contacted Marcus for details. From that moment on he was completely helpful, was pleasant to deal with and kept me up to date with the progress right through to auction. Even after the sale he gave me details of demolition contacts, builders etc. Obviously loves his job and he would certainly be an agent I would recommend without hesitation. Not pushy and definitely no bs like some other agents.
