When looking for an agent I had from previous experiences certain things I wanted and didn't want. I called Marcus after being made aware of him from a friend. Marcus was polite and listened to my requirements, answered my questions honestly and offered a marketing strategy which was in line with what I thought would work, Marcus suggested a price range which we thought was very fair and we ended up with that price. Marcus provided us with valuable feedback straight after an open home, which put our minds at rest, we knew Marcus would sell our home with little stress.

Marcus is indeed a incredible asset to Harcourts. He may be a young agent but he truly does put older agents and some competitors to shame. Marcus listens, explains, follows up and communicates in an efficient and professional manner. He keeps you informed every step of the way from offer, through the negotiation, contract and settlement process. He calls you back when you leave a message !! He will assist you with any question or query and has a great can do attitude. Personally I found him to be one of the best Real Estate Agents I have ever dealt with not only during my recent search for my perfect home, but I have ever over the last 30 years of buying and selling homes. Marcus was a complete breath of fresh air and made my process of purchasing a home a very, very pleasant experience.

Marcus is a friendly, hard working agent, always a smile no matter what, more a friend working for your best interest, I can only speak highly of Marcus he did a great job above and beyond.
