We are so glad that we choose Marcus to sell our home. He was always more then happy to come and meet with us after hours when it was more convenient for us....having 3 children to organise of a night time this was a great help. He and Crystal were always professional and friendly and were always happy to answer any questions that we had. Unlike other agents that we had received appraisals from, Marcus and Crystal did not make us feel as though they were only wanting to sell our home, they were great to get along with and were always happy to have a chat. From the first meeting we felt confident that we had found the right agent to sell our home. From our home getting listed on the Internet Tuesday night, to our first open for Inspection on the Saturday, our home was under contract by Monday night. Marcus kept us informed of the interest and enquires on our property and called after our Open for Inspection to advise us of how it went. Marcus and Crystal even sent us flowers the night before the open. Marcus and Crystal exceeded our expectations we had of Real Estate Agents, and we will be recommending them to family and friends who are wanting to sell their homes.
