We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Maree. Her experience, availability, attention to detail, and proactiveness are all the qualities we looked for in a realtor. She walked us through step-by-step, made sure we knew what to expect, and offered expert advice that helped us through the negotiations which made the selling of our apartment seamless. Thank you, Maree!
Maree was very professional in my dealings with her. She approached everything in a calm and positive way. Her knowledge was excellent and she was prompt in answering any question. She was easy to deal with, having great interpersonal skills.
Maree was very professional in her approach to my sale and knew the area really well. Thank you Maree!
Maree not only sold our Bella Vista property, but guided us to our new property at Norwest. It was a stressful time watching the sell/buy process take on a life of it’s own. We were very dependant upon Maree during this time however she came through with great results for us. We would recommend Maree for her professionalism and positive attitude throughout. Maree was an absolute delight to deal with! Very conscientious, honest and by far the best agent we have dealt with to date. She answered all our questions and was at excellent at follow through. Would highly recommend her!
We were so happy with the way Maree negotiated the purchase of our new property we also listed our current property with her. Maree was available 24/7 to give us feedback, answer queries and supplied us with weekly activity reports. The week of our auction Maree suggested that by giving an extended settlement period we could potentially achieve a higher sale price which we agreed to. We obtained a great result at auction with a sale price beyond what we anticipated. Maree, along with her team were very down to earth, knowledgeable and professional through every aspect of the sale.
From start to finish, the experience of selling my home with Maree was made simple. She shared her expert knowledge and guided me through the entire process, which allowed me to feel reassured and at ease. Maree's eye for detail and professionalism was evident throughout the entire process, and her communication was consistent. My home sold in one week, with a huge number of offers on the opening weekend. I was thrilled with the outcome, and am so grateful for Maree's hard work and high level of support. Maree is an exceptional agent, and I highly recommend her.
Maree showed immediate enthusiasm and with great interest in selling our property as soon as she introduced herself to us. She instantly always followed up both of our own inquiries and the buyers. We were thrilled and pleased that our property was sold prior to auction. We thank Maree for her great effort and achievement. We highly recommend Maree to both her future sallers and buyers. Thanks Maree

Maree recently sold our home at Beaumont Hills. She was both professional and knowledgeable leading us through the auction process. Her strong network assisted us in our home preparation when we struggled to find quality suppliers and trades during covid. Maree will partner you through your selling process, she has integrity and works for the best outcome of her clients.
