Maree has an indepth knowledge of the Bella Vista area. She is realistic and practical - i.e. her pricing is spot on. This also indicates that she has a very good understanding of the buyer profile. No question is too hard - she will always check with the vendor and get back to us / buyer with prompt response. But she also sought out the best price for us, well above what we were expecting. There was a 50 year emotional tie to the house and she empathetically took us through the process and treated our home with respect. She is also an all round nice person.
